The surgery provides ample bicycle parking at the rear of the building and a car park at the front, including designated disabled parking spaces near the main entrance. Please note that all bicycles, vehicles and their contents are left at the owner’s risk; the surgery cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage. There is also a bus stop directly outside the surgery, served by the 40 and 44 bus routes.

    If you need medical help now or you are unsure which health service you need to visit, use NHS 111 online or phone 111.

    NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over.  Phone 111 instead if you need help for a child under 5 years old.

    Following an assessment by NHS 111, you will be provided with information about the appropriate service for your health problem.

    When we are closed, NHS 111 may refer you to the out of hours GP service, provided by Primary Care 24 or the urgent care/ walk-in centre in Ormskirk.

    Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life may at risk.
