Welcome To Our Practice

Welcome to our practice website, which aims to provide patients with a convenient way of finding out practice news, patient services & health resources, 24 hours a day & 7 days a week.  We hope that you find what you are looking for; please contact our reception if you have any questions or feedback about the website.  Please inform us if you have any communication or information needs relating to a disability, impairment, language or sensory loss - the practice will always endeavour to accommodate your needs.

We can all help control the virus if we all stay alert. This means you must:

  • Stay at home as much as possible
  • Work from home if you can
  • Limit contact with other people
  • Keep your distance if you go out (2 metres apart where possible)
  • Wash your hands regularly

Do not leave home for 10 days if you or anyone in your household has COVID-19 symptoms.

You can spread the virus even if you do not have symptoms.  Further information can be found here.  For guidance on shielding and protecting people who are extremely vulnerable, please click here.  For guidance from Sefton Local Medical Committee on returning to work safely if you have been shielding, please click here.  If you feel you cannot wear a face mask because of a health problem, please click here.

Patients who are already having blood taken as part of other tests may be asked if they would like a COVID-19 antibody test.  The test is completely voluntary & cannot be requested on its own.  It is important to note that this is not a test for immunity.  Antibody testing at this stage is useful primarily to improve our understanding about the spread of the virus.  Please click here for Frequently Asked Questions.
